OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Stevenson men's soccer squad fell 0-1 to Johns Hopkins in a tough matchup under the lights on Wednesday evening.
Throughout the first half of the contest, the Mustang defense held strong and kept Hopkins scoreless after facing 11 shots. It was in the second half, that the Blue Jays netted an unassisted goal in the 74
th minute to snag the 1-0 win over Stevenson.
In the contest,
Nolen Olson-Warwick made 10 saves on 24 shots faced, 11 of them being on goal.
Brian Rogowski put up two shots on goal, as
Eli Geist and
Leland Wexler posted one.
The Mustangs will spend the next week on the road. Their first stop will be in Arlington, Va. to match up against Marymount on Saturday. The game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
