CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Stevenson men's soccer squad fell 0-2 to Moravian in the second day of Athey Cup action on Saturday afternoon.
Overall, in the contest, the Mustangs out shot Moravian 9-7 on goal. Moravian put up the first goal in the 24
th minute to take a 1-0 lead going into the half. The Greyhounds then finalized the win over Stevenson with a second goal in the 67
th minute to walk with the 2-0 win.
Dean Martin led the shots on goal column with three on the afternoon, as six other Mustangs posted a shot on net.
Ryan Peterson stood in goal for the Mustangs, making five saves in the contest.

Bryant Seivers were named to the All-Athey Cup Tournament team.
The Mustangs will now prepare to host Maryland rival, Salisbury, for their home opener on Wednesday evening. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Owings Mills East.
