ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Stevenson men's tennis team fell in its MAC Commonwealth Final to host Lebanon Valley by a 5-2 score. 

Junior JJ Bonta and senior Larry Johnson III won their match in No. 1 doubles by an 8-5 score over Justin Schuetz and Adam Warren, giving them their first loss on the season. 

Senior Lukas Sanidas and junior Ben Porto lost a hard-fought match in No.2 by a score of 8-6. 

Freshman Niko Bifsas and sophomore Sathwik Madasi led their No. 3 match 5-4, but would eventually fall, 8-6. 

Johnson III picked up his ninth win of the year in straight sets, 7-5, 6-2. 

Bonta dropped his match in No. 4, 6-4, 6-4, while both Madasi and freshman Niko Bifsas fell in straight sets.

Porto and Sanidas were leading their respective matches when LVC clinched the win.

The Mustangs will look to see if they earn an ECAC postseason berth in the coming days.
