  • Eric Olson was hauled down with a hooking infraction along the back post, putting Stevenson on a 5-on-3 power play. Nazareth closed the period with a man advantage as McCrory raced in for a wraparound chance with just about one minute left in the stanza.

  • Cole Moore hesitated in the high slot before ripping the game-tying goal in the third for Nazareth.
  • The Golden Flyers maintained control with the man advantage as Stevenson relied on its steady penalty kill once again.
  • Egber had a great look off an icing faceoff as Sayles alertly used the blocker to push the chance aside. Stevenson had a quality power play with large chunks of zone time as the score remained even at two.
  • Rivet found the back of the net late in the period, finishing off a feed from Patrick and lifting Stevenson in front, 3-2.
  • Stevenson clamped down on the defensive end over the final seconds with the goal empty for Nazareth.
