OWINGS MILLS, Md. - JT Thelen scored five goals and became the all-time leading goal-scorer in Stevenson men's lacrosse history as the top-seeded Mustangs downed No. 4 seed Widener 12-8 in a MAC Commonwealth semifinal Wednesday night at Mustang Stadium.

• Thelen scored 1:17 into the game to get Stevenson (11-7) on the board.
• Widener (7-11) responded at the 10:30 mark on a Paz Gismondi goal.
• Gray McKee scored off a feed from Cam Leydig with 7:15 on the clock to put the Mustangs back on top.
• Jacob Tatum found Ethan Christensen for his 33rd goal of the season at 5:04.
• Thelen scored his second goal of the game with 4:28 left in the quarter.
• Thelen's second goal was No. 182 for his career, breaking the previous program record of 181 career goals held by Richie Ford.
• The Mustangs carried a 4-1 lead into the second quarter.

• McKee scored at the 12:31 mark to up the Mustang lead to 5-1.
• Will Smith scored a man-up goal at the 7:59 mark for his 19th goal of the season that made it 6-1.
• The Pride rattled off three straight goals, including a man-down goal, to pull within two with 1:57 left before halftime.
• Thelen notched his 50th goal of the season with 1:14 remaining.

• McKee opened the second half scoring with an unassisted tally at the 10:11 mark.
• The Mustangs strung together three goals in a 1:48 span to go up 11-4 with exactly three minutes left in the frame.
• Thelen had a hand in all three goals in the run, scoring at 4:48 and 3:00, while assisting on Christensen's tally at 3:42.
