Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Senior JT Thelen tied a Stevenson men's lacrosse single-game program record with nine goals as the Mustangs cruised to a 20-4 win over Albright in MAC Commonwealth play Saturday night at Mustang Stadium.
- Thelen scored the first goal of the game for Stevenson (3-6, 2-0 MAC Commonwealth) 1:01 into the game.
- Thelen scored four times in the first 3:49 of the game, scoring a man-up goal at 13:00, then again at 12:11 and 11:11, to make it 4-0.
- Gray McKee scored his first goal of the game at the 10:27 mark.
- Albright (0-8, 0-2 MAC Commonwealth) scored on a man-up opportunity at the 8:36 mark.
- An Ethan Christensen goal at the 7:36 mark, followed by a McKee tally with 4:19 on the clock, put the Mustangs up 7-1 after one frame.
- Three goals by Thelen in a span of 44 seconds put the Mustangs up 10-1 with 12:34 left before halftime. Christensen assisted on two of the scores.
- After Cam Leydig found the back of the net with 11:56 on the clock, Thelen struck again on a feed from Leydig at 8:09.
- Shane Ford entered the scoring column with 6:44 remaining.
- Christensen had two goals in the final 5:30 of the period, including one with 36 seconds remaining, and Thelen scored his ninth of the game at the 1:38 mark.

- Thelen tied the program record of nine goals in a game for the second time in his career. He had nine goals against Lycoming on the road last season. Steve Kazimer set the record against Messiah during the 2008 season.
- With 10 total points, Thelen now has 222 for his career and moved into sixth place on Stevenson's career points list. He surpassed Chris Dashiell, who had 218 from 2011-14.
- Christensen finished with three goals and six assists. He moved into the program's career top 10 in assists with 65 and is tied for ninth with Thelen.
- Christensen's six assists are the most by a Mustang in a game since Dashiell had six against Lycoming in 2013.
- McKee finished with three goals and an assist.
- Leydig recorded a goal and four helpers, while Ford finished with a goal and two assists. Smith added a goal and an assist.
