HERSHEY, Pa. - The Stevenson men's ice hockey team recorded 40 shots for the seventh time this season but Lebanon Valley scored a pair of shorthanded goals and a power play goal en route to a 4-2 United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHCO victory Saturday evening at Hersheypark Arena.

With the win, Lebanon Valley clinches the sixth and final playoff spot over both Stevenson and Neumann.

• The Durtchmen (9-14-2, 7-9-2 UCHC) had the first power play opportunity of the game at the 5:39 mark but freshman Riley McVeigh made four saves while junior Evan Williams and sophomore Aaron Murray recorded a blocked shot.
• The hosts got on the board first with a goal by Kevin Van Bokkelen with 7:23 remaining in the period.
• With 5:36 remaining, both teams were whistled for a penalty to produce four-on-four play with the Mustangs (10-15, 7-11 UCHC) recorded the lone shot during the two minutes.
• Stevenson went on its first power play of the game with 22 seconds remaining before intermission.

• Starting the period with 1:38 left on the power play, the Mustangs recorded three shots, including a pair by sophomore Houston Wilson.
• The visitors tied the game at the 5:43 mark on a goal by sophomore Liam Walsh, his first of the season. Freshman Chad Watt had the primary assist while Wislon had the secondary.
• Just 41 seconds after knotting the game at, 1-1, Stevenson had a five-minute power play but TJ Sneath scored a shorthanded goal to reclaim the lead for Lebanon Valley.
• Both team's were whistled for a minor penalty with the Dutchmen still serving the five-minute major.
• With 5:50 remaining, the Dutchmen went back to the power play and pushed their lead to, 3-1, 50 seconds later.

• Stevenson had appeared to score with 15:24 remaining in regulation but the referee had incidental contact with the goalie.
• The Mustangs went back to the power play just five minutes into the period but Matt Forslund stopped all three shots on net.
• The visitors had another power play chance midway through the frame but Forslund came up with another two saves.
• With 3:07 remaining, junior Austin Swingle got the Mustangs back within one on an assist from classmate Nick Gray.
• Stevenson had a power play opportunity with 1:54 left in regulation and had a six-on-three advantage for 1:20 but could not find the back of the net as Lebanon Valley scored on the empty net with three seconds remaining.

• Stevenson outshot Lebanon Valley, 40-25, including 17-3 in the third period.
• The Mustangs finished 0-for-6 on the power play while the Dutchmen were 1-for-2.
• Stevenson held a slight, 47-42, edge in face-offs, with junior Dominic Brenza winning a team-high 14.
• McVeigh finished with 21 saves in net.
