READING, Pa. - The Stevenson women's lacrosse team had four different players score a pair of goals but Shannon Ryan netted seven goals for host Arcadia as the Mustangs dropped their third straight MAC Commonwealth contest, falling 11-10 Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field.

It is the first time the Mustangs (5-9, 3-3 MAC Commonwealth) have dropped three conference games in a season since 2012. Stevenson currently sits in fifth place in the league standings with two games remaining, both in the bottom half of the standings.

Freshman Lindsay Seipp opened the score on an assist from sophomore Kiely Bunce in the opening five minutes before Ryan netted her first goal of the game 1:30 later. After a free-position goal by senior Hana Tankersley reclaimed a one-goal lead for the Mustangs, the Knights (9-6, 4-2 MAC Commonwealth) scored four of the next five goals to take a 5-3 lead with 14:13 remaining in the opening half.

Bunce and senior MaryKate White scored back-to-back goals to tie the game at 5-5 before Ryan scored a pair of goals in the final minute of the half, including a goal with five seconds remaining to take a two goal halftime lead

After the teams traded a pair of goals to start the second half, Stevenson tied the game again at 8-8 after a free-position goal by sophomore Mallory Davila and the second goal of the day by Seipp off an assist from junior Dana Stevens. But Arcadia answered with three of the game's next four goals over a 2:58 span to take an 11-9 lead with 12:08 remaining in regulation.

White scored her second goal of the game with 31 seconds remaining on an assist from Seipp to snap a 12:39 scoring drought and get within one. But the Knights won the ensuing draw control to close out the game.

Seipp, Tankerley, Davila and White all finished with a pair of goals while sophomore Mack Ferguson totaled nine saves. Sophomore Sarah Roerty finished with five ground balls, five draw controls and three caused turnovers while junior Gabby DiGello recorded four caused turnovers and four ground balls.

Both teams finished with 25 shots while the Mustangs went 4-for-10 on free-position shots. The Knights were 3-for-6 on free-position shots.

Stevenson returns to action on Tuesday, April 24 when the Mustangs host a MAC Commonwealth contest versus Hood on Senior Night beginning at 7:00 p.m.
