TOWSON, Md. - The Stevenson men's tennis team dropped its non-conference match to host Goucher by a 9-0 score. Senior Bryan Gieselman and junior Wornden Ly dropped a hard-fought match in No. 1 doubles, 8-5. The loss drops Gieselman and Ly's doubles record to 8-8.
Gieselman would later drop his No. 1 singles match in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2. With the setback, Gieselman's No. 1 singles record now stands at 6-9.
Sophomore Douglas Vaughan picked up four games in his 6-3, 6-1 defeat in No. 3 singles, while senior Tony Beres dropped his No. 6 singles match, 6-2, 6-2.
The Mustangs will look to get back in the win column when they host Alvernia on Wednesday, April 12 at 1:00 pm.
