STEVENSON, Md. – Stevenson men's tennis team posted its second victory this season over Immaculata with a 9-0 victory over the Mighty Macs Saturday afternoon at the Stevenson Tennis Courts.
The Mustangs (2-2) posted their first sweep since March 22, 2012 when they defeated Shenandoah on the road, 9-0.
Senior
Anthony Carle won his second-consecutive match of the season at No. 4 singles, defeating Mike Griffin, 6-0, 6-0.
Sophomore
Robbie Baker teamed up with junior
James Bishoff at No. 2 doubles to post their second-consecutive win of the season as a team, 8-0 versus Danai Kanyangara and Alessandro Mazzone.
Bishoff also recorded his first win this season at No. 6 singles over Mark Hueber, 6-0, 6-0.
The Mustangs return to action on Tuesday, March 25 at 2:00 pm versus Md.-East. Shore at the Stevenson Tennis Courts on the Greenspring Campus.
