Hilton Head Island, SC - The Mustangs took the court against
Maryville University of Saint Louis on Wednesday and came away with
their first win of the season. VJC got off to a quick start by
taking a lead of 2-1 with Ryan Woodring and Korey Garner winning #2
doubles and Randy Speck and Ben Petasky winning #3 doubles. The
Mustangs then swept 5 of the six singles matches with freshman
Randy Speck getting the first singles win of his career. VJC will
play its final match on spring break Thursday against Wartburg
College at 12:00.
