Philadelphia, PA.- The Mustangs traveled to
NEAC opponent, Philadelphia Biblical University, and returned home
with another win, extending their streak to 11 wins. Their
record improves to 16-7 overall and 13-2 in the NEAC.
The Mustangs controlled the first half, 42-24.
Chris Warren (Largo, MD / Bishop McNamara) hit
four 3-pointers to lead with 12 points and two steals.
Cilk McSweeney (Ft. Lauderdale, FL / Dillard)
grabbed 10 points in the half.
The second half remained successful for the Mustangs as they
finished 82-54. McSweeney led with 19 points
and five assists. Steven
Segears (Lanham, MD / St. Johns College HS) added
13 points, Warren added 12 points, and
Phil Williams (District Heights, MD / Bishop
McNamara) added 11 points and three assists.
The Mustangs return to the court on Saturday, February 17 for a
home game versus SUNY-Purchase at 4:00 p.m.
