Tati Korba enters her 10th season as the head women’s soccer coach at Stevenson University in 2026 after being named the ninth head coach in program history on June 27, 2017. In addition to leading the women’s soccer program, Korba also serves as a Stevenson SAAC Advisor.

Since taking over the program, Korba has guided the Mustangs to multiple successful seasons and key milestones. In 2021, she earned her 100th career coaching victory between her time at Stevenson and Goucher College with a win over Alvernia University on October 23. During the 2019 season, Stevenson posted a 5-2-1 conference record and advanced to the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals while battling nationally ranked Arcadia University to a 1-1 overtime draw.

Most recently, Korba guided the Mustangs to a MAC Commonwealth Championship appearance after defeating York College of Pennsylvania in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals. The Mustangs also saw three student-athletes earn All-Region honors during the 2025 season, highlighting the continued growth and success of the program under her leadership.

In her second season with the Mustangs in 2018, the team recorded six shutouts and played to four double-overtime contests. Korba made an immediate impact in her first season in 2017, leading Stevenson to an 11-7 overall record while earning the program’s first-ever victory over Johns Hopkins University with a 1-0 win on Sept. 27, 2017. The Mustangs also posted a 3-1 record in overtime games that season.

Under Korba’s leadership, Stevenson student-athletes have earned numerous conference and regional honors. The program has produced three All-MAC Commonwealth First Team selections, five Second Team honorees, and six Honorable Mention selections. In 2024, Karly Sheahan earned United Soccer Coaches All-Region V Third Team honors, while Rylie Patterson was named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region Third Team in 2019.

Beyond Stevenson, Korba serves as Chair of the NSCAA Mid-Atlantic All-America Committee and has remained heavily involved in the growth of the sport at multiple levels.

As a student-athlete, Korba enjoyed a decorated playing career at William Smith College, where she competed all four years in the NCAA Tournament. She earned NSCAA Division III Second Team All-America honors, East Region All-American recognition, New York State Player of the Year honors, and was named UCAA Conference Player of the Year. Korba also helped lead William Smith to a runner-up finish in the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship.

Following her collegiate career, Korba played for the Maryland Pride from 2003-05 in the Women’s Premier Soccer League, serving as a starting forward while helping the team to a second-place finish in the Eastern Conference in 2003. She later served as the head coach of the McLean Soccer WPSL team and as Head Recruiting Advisor for McLean Soccer Club.

Prior to Stevenson, Korba spent 11 seasons as the head coach at Goucher College from 2005-16, becoming the program’s all-time winningest coach. In 2012, she guided the Gophers to a 12-4-2 record, tying the school record for wins in a season. During her tenure, Korba coached 15 all-conference selections, three NSCAA All-Region honorees, and the 2011 Landmark Conference Freshman of the Year. In 2015, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics, overseeing outdoor athletic facilities, game management, and external facility requests.

A native of Wooster, Korba graduated from William Smith in 2000 with a degree in Psychology. She has two daughters, Riley and Taylor.
