Cristino returns for her second season as an assistant coach atStevenson in 2010 while finishing her master's degree in businesstechnology management and working in the School for Graduate andProfessional Studies.
A standout, two-sport athlete at Stevenson, Cristino receivedher bachelor's degree in 2009 in business communication after astellar career in both soccer and basketball. On the soccer field,she finished with a school record 113 points on 47 goals and 19assists and was a three-time all-conference selection from2005-08.
As as senior in 2008, Cristino finished second on the team with18 points on eight goals and two assists as the Mustangs went11-5-4 and earned the fifth-seed in the ECAC Division III SouthRegion Championship.
In 2007, Cristino was named to the All-CAC Second Team afterleading the team with nine goals and 23 points. A two-timeAll-North Eastern Athletic Conference selection, she also led theteam in scoring as a sophomore and freshman, totaling 16 goals and38 points in 2006 and 14 goals and 34 points in 2005.
As a four-year starter in women’s basketball from 2004-08,Cristino played in 105 career games, totaling 709 points, 325assists and 237 rebounds. She was also a three-time all-conferenceselection on the basketball court, earning All-CAC Second Teamhonors as a senior.
Tonia graduated from Hempfield High School in Pennsylvania.
