Returning to the Villa Julies men's basketball program for thefirst time since graduating in spring 2007, Steven Segears leadsthe team's guards by example. After attending Belmont Abbey Collegefrom 2002-2003, Seagers made his way to Villa Julie and madehistory during his stay on the basketball team's roster. Seagersclaims the first triple-double in the history of Villa Julie, wasthe Northeastern Athletic Conference MVP in 2007, made the 2006All-Pride of Maryland Tournament team and helped take the team tothe NCAA tournament in 2006 and 2007. Seagers attended St. JohnsCollege High School and is currently a graduate student at VillaJulie. He will receive a Master's in business management technologyin May.
