Tori Lesko enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Mustangs women's basketball program in 2026-27.
Lesko assists with player development, scouting, game preparation, and practice planning while working closely with the Mustangs' post players. She also provides valuable insight in mental performance and athlete wellness, helping student-athletes develop confidence and resilience both on and off the court. During her first season at Stevenson, she helped guide two players to All-MAC Commonwealth honors.
Outside of coaching, Lesko serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Verus Ridge Counseling, providing mental health and performance-based support to youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. Prior to Stevenson, she worked as a Performance Therapist at Penn State University and held assistant coaching positions at Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy and Wesley Chapel High School.
A former collegiate student-athlete, Lesko played at Iona University and Saint Leo University, serving as a team captain for five seasons. She earned All-Sunshine State Conference First Team honors and was named SSC Newcomer of the Year during the 2020-21 season.
Lesko earned bachelor's degrees in Social Work and English from Iona University before completing both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration at Saint Leo University.
