Nike White enter his first season with he Mustangs, for the 2026 season.
White joins the Mustangs after serving as the defensive line coach at Quincy University, where he helped increase production across multiple defensive categories, including sacks, tackles for loss, and forced turnovers. His unit was anchored by Jaylin Vaughn, who earned GLVC Defensive Player of the Year honors along with All-Region and All-American recognition.
Prior to Quincy, White spent the 2024 season as an assistant defensive line coach at the University of Central Oklahoma. During his time there, he helped guide the Bronchos to an 11-2 record and the program's first-ever MIAA Conference Championship. UCO also led the conference in sacks and ranked second in forced fumbles, while advancing to the second round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs.
A decorated collegiate player, White competed as a defensive end at both Gannon University and Monmouth University. He was a two-time Don Hansen All-American, a two-time All-PSAC selection, and earned Gannon Football MVP honors in 2020 and 2021. He concluded his playing career at Monmouth, where he received the program's Defensive "Lombardi" Award in 2023.
White earned his bachelor's degree in sport management and marketing from Gannon in 2022 before completing his master's degree in communication from Monmouth in 2024. He also brings recruiting experience across the DMV and several states, including New Jersey, Oklahoma, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Texas.
Football runs in the family for White, as he is the son of former NFL defensive tackle Reginald White Sr. and the brother of former CFL wide receiver Reggie White Jr.
