Grimm was hired as the Director of Campus Recreation in August 2012 and was promoted to Associate Athletics Director in September 2022.

resposnsibilities

  • Responsible for directing the Campus Recreation program consisting of Club Sports, ESports, Fitness, and Intramural Sports
  • Oversees five on-campus facilities - Caves Fitness Center, Garrison Hall North Fitness Center, 2 ESports Suites and the Greenspring Gymnasium
  • Serves as administrator for Club Baseball, Cheerleading, Dance Team, Men's ACHA Ice Hockey and 3 ESports Titles (League of Legends, Overwatch, Valorant)
  • Responsible for supervising the Coordinator of Intramurals and Recreation and student employees as well as overseeing a budget for club sports and student employment
  • Started the club sports program in 2012-13
