2025 All-MAC Sportsmanship

As a sophomore (2025-26):
    Indoor 

• Dominate the Alvernia Rust Buster with two 1st place finishes in the 200m dash and 4x400m relay
• Placed 6th in the 400m dash Tune Up, with a time of 51.08 (Feb. 20)
• Competed in the MAC Indoor Championships and stood on the podium for 4th in the 400m dash and 5th in the 4x200m relay
• Competed in AARTFC Indoor Regionals

• Competed in the Betty S. Rogers Spring Break Invitational and individualy took 5th in the 400m dash with a time of 50.47
• Improved his 200m time with a 4th place finish for a time of 22.07
• Helped win the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:25.20, in Stevenson Mustang Stampede Invitational
• Stood on the podium in in all three events he competed in for the MAC Outdoor Championships (May, 2)

As a first-year (2024-25):
    Indoor 

• Opened his collegiante career with a 3rd place finish in the 400m dash, held at the Holiday Kickoff Open (Dec. 8)
• Claimed 3rd in the Larry Sharpe Memorial Invitational with a time of 23.15 in the 200m dash
• Competed in multiple MAC Indoor Championship events, but saw two podiums. 5th for the 400m dash and 2nd for a team effort in the 4x400m relay

• Helped his team place 3rd in the Towson Invitational 4x100m relay
• Competed in multiple relay teams throughout the season
• Tried his hand at the Disucs throw, placing 19th for a distance of 20.13m in the York College Twilight Meet (Apr. 16)
• Took 2nd in the 400m dash of the Hopkins Loyola Invitational (49.44)
• Competed in Penn Relays
• Competed in the MAC Outdoor Champiobships and stood on the podium three times
