Iddriss Iddriss, former Stevenson Track and Field standout, is welcomed back as a Assistant Coach of XC/TF to head coach Dave Berdan in September of 2022
"We are thrilled to add Iddriss to our cross country and track/field coaching staff. He will serve as an assistant coach with both the cross country and track/field programs with a focus on recruiting. Iddriss understands what it takes to be successful as he is one of the most decorated track and field athletes in Stevenson history. Having graduated from and competed at Stevenson is no doubt going to help him be successful with recruiting quality student athletes for both the cross country and track/field teams." - Berdan said.Â
Iddriss wrapped his impressive career at Stevenson with three trips to nationals, including a second-place finish in the 800 at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships - where he clocked a 1:51.84. Iddriss currently holds the school record in the event with a time of 1:51.13, which he ran at last year's Hopkins/Loyola Invitational on April 23, 2022.Â
