Stevenson University

Dave Carroll joins the Stevenson tennis staff for the 2021-22 season. 

Carroll is originally from Wilmington, Mass. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Stonehill College. In 2004, Carroll moved to Baltimore to pursue his Master of Arts in Teaching degree at The Johns Hopkins University.

Carroll worked as an elementary school teacher in Baltimore City for ten years. Prior to teaching, Carroll served as a Prevention Specialist for the Baltimore County Department of Health and as a Wellness Coordinator at The Ohio State University.

Carroll has experience providing tennis instruction to individuals and groups of all skill levels and abilities. He has coached middle and high school tennis teams and has coordinated a Summer Camp. He is also a former Division II  player and former number one ranked player in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Carroll is extremely excited to work with the amazing team at Stevenson University. He looks forward to continuing to build relationships with students, families, and staff and to instill a life-long love of the game of tennis.
