As a senior (2014):  Appeared in six games for the Mustangs while making four starts ... team posted a 5-1 record with Downes in the lineup ... totaled two shots ... helped the defense post two shutouts.

As a junior (2013):  Appeared in 15 of the team's 20 games while making 13 starts ... helped the team post five shutouts throughout the season ... registered his first career point in a 4-3 win versus Hood (10/30).  

As a sophomore (2012):  Appeared in four games ... helped post a shutout in a 3-0 victory over Bethany (W.Va.) (8/31).

As a freshman (2011):  Missed the entire season due to injury.

Personal:  Full name is Ryan Sheldon Downes ... born on May 18, 1993 in New Market, Maryland ... is the son of Kim and Eric Downes ... is majoring in criminal justice.
