BIO

Hottle was introduced as the program’s first-ever coach on November 18, 2009. Since then, he has built the Mustangs into a contender on a regional and national level.

Entering his 14th season, Hottle has been the architect of the Stevenson football program since it was introduced in 2011. The Mustangs - under his watch - have enjoyed conference and post-season success in addition to excellence in the classroom.

In addition to serving as the head coach of the football program, Hottle also serves as an Assistant Director of Athletics in the department and is part of the senior staff.

Since starting the program in 2011, Hottle has led the Mustangs to ten straight postseason appearances dating back to the 2014 season. The highlight was the Mustangs winning the 2016 Middle Atlantic Conference title and making its debut in the NCAA tournament in just the sixth season in program history.
