Before Stevenson:  Played offensive line and defensive line for head coach Steve Luette at South Carroll High School ... helped lead his team to a 6-5 record his senior year ... team was ranked 76th in the state of Maryland that season ... team finished with an 11-1 record as a junior ... totaled 17 solo tackles and forced two fumbles ... averaged 3.4 tackled per game.
