Jen Anderson enters her seventh season working with the goalkeepers within the program in 2026.

In 2025, Anderson assisted in leading the program to their most successful season in history in 2025, winning their first MAC Commonwealth Championship, while hosting an NCAA First Round contest. With her coaching, Jordan Vradenburgh was named the NFHCA All-Region V Second Team Goalkeeper and First Team All-MAC Commonwealth in 2025.

Anderson comes to Stevenson after serving as the goalkeeping coach at Franklin High School. In five seasons with the Indians, Anderson led two goalies to be named First Team All-Star, including in 2018. Anderson also served as the head coach of the junior varsity team from 2014-18. The team qualified for JV Championship as one of the top two teams in Baltimore County in 2017.

Additionally, Anderson has served as the goalkeeping coach at Hymax Field Hockey Club since 2015. With the club, she coached goalies in all age groups from U12 to U19 and saw teams qualify for NITs, NCCs, and placed in local, regional, and national tournaments.

Anderson played four years at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, starting for her final three seasons. More recently, Anderson competed for Team USA Over-45 Team in Spain (August 2018) as well as Team USA Indoor Over-40 Team in Hong Kong (February 2019).

A 1993 graduate of University of Waterloo, Anderson graduated with a Bachelor's of Art in Recreation & Leisure Studies. Anderson then went on to earn her Bachelor's of Education in Primary Teaching from University of Western Ontario in 1994.

Anderson holds her USA Field Hockey Level 1 Coaching certification.
