OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Stevenson women's ice hockey team has announced its 2026-27 season schedule, as Head Coach Ben Halford enters his second season at the helm of the program.
The Mustangs return a strong veteran core, including last season's NCAA regular-season faceoff win statistical champion and team points leader, Emma DeMann. Stevenson also returns key offensive contributors Carleigh Barwick and Kiana Baker as the Mustangs look to build on last season's campaign.
Stevenson will open the 2026-27 season on the road with a nonconference matchup against Hiram on October 28 before returning to the Reisterstown Sportsplex to open Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play.
The Mustangs will host their home opener on November 7 against Lebanon Valley before welcoming the Dutchmen back to Reisterstown Sportsplex the following day for the team's Mental Health Awareness Game.
Stevenson will then embark on a four-game road stretch over the following two weekends, beginning with a weekend series at Alvernia before traveling to Hood College for games on November 20 and 21.
The Mustangs will return home to host Chatham on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving before traveling to Pittsburgh the following day for a rematch with the Cougars.
Stevenson will close out the fall semester with a weekend home series against Arcadia on December 4 and 5.
Following the winter holiday break, the Mustangs will open the spring portion of their schedule with a home series against defending MAC champion Wilkes on January 8 and 9. Stevenson will then travel to Neumann for a weekend series against the Knights.
The Mustangs will return home to host King's (Pa.) for a pair of promotional games on January 22 and 23, featuring Faculty Appreciation Night and Youth Hockey Night, which will include a postgame skate.
Stevenson will then travel north for a split weekend series against Wilkes and King's (Pa.) before returning to Maryland for Alumni Weekend. The Mustangs will host Neumann and Hood College on February 5 and 6.
On February 12, Stevenson will host Alvernia before traveling to Hersheypark Arena the following day to take on Lebanon Valley. The Mustangs will then play their final road game of the regular season at Arcadia on February 19 before closing out the regular season at home against Hiram on February 20.
