OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Assistant Athletics Director and Head Field Hockey Coach Morgan Conti announced that Kyler Greenwalt has been promoted to Associate Head Coach starting the 2026 season.

"Kyler has been an invaluable member of Stevenson Field Hockey. As she enters her fifth season with the program, her elevation to Associate Head Coach is a direct reflection of the exceptional commitment she has shown to Stevenson and our student-athletes," said Conti. "She brings an incredible level of care, energy, and dedication to our team, always prioritizing the development, well-being, and success of our student-athletes. She has also played an extensive role in our recruiting efforts, helping us to identify and connect with student-athletes who are not only talented, but who truly embody the core values and team culture of Stevenson Field Hockey I am incredibly grateful for her commitment and contributions to our program, and I am excited for all that we will continue to accomplish together in this next chapter of Stevenson Field Hockey." 

Greenwalt has served as the full-time assistant coach with the Mustangs for the past four seasons, guiding multiple student-athletes to earn All-American and All-Region Accolades.

In 2025, Greenwalt assisted in leading the program to their most successful season in history in 2025, winning their first MAC Commonwealth Championship, while hosting an NCAA First Round contest. 

Greenwalt came to Stevenson after graduating from the University of Maryland in 2021. Greenwalt is currently a club field hockey coach for Freedom Hockey. 

Greenwalt was a five-year member of the Terps field hockey team and was voted vice-captain in 2021. She earned the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award in 2020 and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week twice during her rookie season. Academically, Greenwalt was a part of the NFHCA National Academic Squad (2021) and was named to the All-Big Ten Academic Team for three years. 

During her playing career at Maryland, Greenwalt appeared in 95 games, including 55 starts. She scored 19 goals and added seven assists. The 2021 graduate also scored five game-winning goals. In 2017 and 2018, Greenwalt assisted her team in advancing to the NCAA Championship game. As a junior, the Terps won the Big Ten regular season title. 

A native of Gambrills, Md., Greenwalt graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communication.
