BERKELEY SPRINGS, W. Va. - The Stevenson women's golf team opened up its season at the two-day Shenandoah Fall Invitational, held at Cacapon Resort State Park.
Alexis Marsh, who was the lone Mustang player to finish their round due to darkness, is tied for third after firing a career-low round of 75 (+3) in the opening round.
Through 15 holes,
Sydni Sundstrom, sits at +7 and in a tie for 13th place.
Olivia O'Connor, who is making her collegiate debut, is tied for 22nd at +9 through 15.
Callie Dias is a shot back of O'Connor through 16 holes.
Carissa Dargenio and
Nisachon Sillence are at +12 and +14 through 15 holes.
The Mustangs are currently fifth in the team standings at +35.
The rest of the first and the entirety of the final round will take place on Sunday, Sept. 13.
