NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Office announced the results of the 2026 MAC Commonwealth Women's Soccer Coaches' Preseason Poll on Monday morning. The Mustangs were selected third in the poll.

Messiah was voted first with 64 points and eight first-place votes. The Spartans of York (Pa.) were selected second with 57 points, despite falling to Stevenson, 2-1, in the MAC Commonwealth semifinals last season. The Mustangs were selected third with 49 points.

Eastern followed in fourth with 42 points, while Widener finished fifth with 41 points.

Hood and Alvernia rounded out the sixth and seventh spots, respectively, with a two-point difference between the teams. Newcomer Neumann was selected eighth, followed by Albright in ninth.

Stevenson women's soccer opens its season on September 1 against Rutgers-Camden. Game time is set for 4:30 p.m.
