YORK, Pa. — The Stevenson University men's lacrosse team dropped a 15–8 decision to No. 6 York (Pa.) in the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth Championship on Saturday afternoon at Kinsley Field.
Stevenson struck first in the opening quarter as Max Racich finished an early opportunity off an assist from Gavin Gossen. After York responded with a scoring run, the Mustangs found momentum late in the first quarter when Darrell Curtis connected on a feed from Hunter Bryant to cut into the deficit.

John Martin Vince added an unassisted goal during the stretch, while Peyton Larocco capitalized on an extra-man opportunity off a Gossen assist, helping Stevenson keep pace heading into halftime.
In the third quarter, Stevenson added two more goals, beginning with an unassisted score from Connor Dunay following a quick transition. Racich later tallied his second goal of the game, also unassisted, to bring the Mustangs within striking distance.
Overall, Stevenson's offense was led by Curtis' three-goal performance, while Racich contributed two goals. Dunay, Vince, and Larocco each added one, with Gossen orchestrating the attack with three assists.
