WESTMINSTER, Md. - The Stevenson women's track and field team won eight events and placed first in the standings with 221 points at the Green Terror Invitational.
The 4x100 relay team of
Kaliyah Heffner,
Dallas Fowler,
Camryn Stanard and
Hannah Kepler won the event with a blazing time of 49.75 - the fastest time in the program's history since the 2018 MAC Championships (49.08). The Mustangs would also win the 4x400 (Heffner, Fowler,
Destiny Stephens and Kepler) with a season-best time of 4:14.36.
Individually, Fowler took first in the 400 with a personal-best time of 59.78 seconds. She would also clock a PR a take second in the 200 with a time of 26.02. Stanard placed fourth in the 200 with a time of 27.26.Â
Sarah Kroedel placed first and ran a personal best in the 100 hurdles with a time of 15.79.
Kaitlyn Hess won the long jump with a top distance of 4.83m. Hess would also win the triple jump with a hop, skip and jump of 9.91m.Â
Aryanna Jones won the high jump with a top height of 1.36m (.05m off of the MAC standard), while
Reagan Wildasin won the javelin with a distance of 26.80m.
Heffner placed third in the 100 with a 13.09.Â
Nneoma Oseagulu placed second in the hammer throw with a toss of 35.88m.
Kyrah Agbemble and Wildasin placed second and third in the discus with distances of 30.61 and 30.36m.Â
Shaelyn O'Halloran ran a personal best of 5:24.74 and took second in the 1500m, while
Mackenzie Borchers ran a season-best 2:39.09 in the 800.Â
The Mustangs compete next at the three-day Messiah Invitational, starting on Thursday, April 9.Â
