SINKING SPRINGS, Pa. - The fourth-seeded Stevenson men's tennis team fell to top-seeded Albright in the MAC Commonwealth Semifinals, 4-0.
Nate Kelly and
Christian Coulson lost in their No. 2 doubles match, 6-2. Their season ends with a record of 5-3.
Nickolas Valis and
King Nacua fell in No. 3 by a 6-0 margin.
Luke Appleman and
Brandon Nguyen were leading their match when Albright clinched the doubles point.Â
Appleman dropped a close first set before falling in No.1 singles, 7-5, 6-3. Appleman ends the season with a record of 8-7. Nacua dropped his No. 2 match in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. Nguyen dropped his match in straight sets, 6-2, 6-0.Â
Albright will take on the winner of Eastern (2) and Messiah (3) in the MAC Commonwealth Final on Saturday, May 2.Â
