STEVENSON, Md. - The Stevenson men's tennis team (2-5, 0-1 MACC) opened up MAC Commonwealth play with a 7-0 setback to visiting Albright.
Brandon Nguyen and
Luke Appleman fell in their No. 1 match by a 6-2 score, dropping their record to 3-2.
King Nacua and
Christian Coulson lost their match (No. 2) by the same 6-2 score.
Appleman overcame a one-set deficit in No. 1 singles, but would drop the match in three sets, 7-5, 5-7, 6-4. Appleman is now 3-4 on the year. Nacua also lost in three sets, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2.Â
Dominic Duncan fell in his No. 5 match in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.Â
Stevenson continues conference play on Friday, April 10 at Alvernia. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
