HERSHEY, Pa. – The Stevenson University men's ice hockey team fell 4-0 to Lebanon Valley on Saturday afternoon at Hershey Park Arena.
The Dutchmen opened the scoring at the 7:52 mark of the second period on a power play advantage and sealed the victory with another power play goal and two empty netters in the third period.
Despite the result, the Mustangs held a decisive 54-29 advantage in shots on goal. Blake Benson paced Stevenson with 14 shots, while John Musella went 10-16 in the face off circle. Brandon Hemmer blocked four shots in this contest, and Ford DeLoss made 25 saves in net.
Stevenson returns to action next Friday for their final regular season match against Arcadia at Hatfield Ice. Puck drop is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
