WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Stevenson men's tennis team dropped its second match of the day in a 6-3 defeat to Penn State Harrisburg.
Simeon Smith and
Luke Appleman picked up a win in No. 1 doubles, 6-4.
Garrett Warren and
Honour Zan would drop their No. 2 match by the same score.Â
Zan would later pick up the lone singles win for the Mustangs, 6-4, 6-2.Â
Smith dropped a tough first set before falling in his No. 3 singles match, 7-5, 6-1. Warren won the first set of his No. 4 match, but eventually lose in three sets, 2-6, 6-3, 10-5.Â
The Mustangs (0-2) compete next at the three-day ITA Regional Championships, held in Fredericksburg, Va. starting on Friday, September 27.Â
