GRANTHAM, Pa. - The Stevenson men's tennis fell in the MAC Commonwealth finals to host Messiah by a score of 5-1.
Picking up the lone win for the Mustangs was
Larry Johnson III and
Simeon Smith who took their No. 1 doubles match by a score of 8-6 - giving them 11 wins on the year.
Honour Zan and
Dominic Duncan lost a competitive No. 3 match, 8-5.
Sathwik Madasi,
Garrett Warren and Duncan dropped their matches in straight sets. Johnson's singles matched was halted once Messiah clinched the match. Johnson - who holds the school record for total career wins - picked up 21 victories (11 doubles, 10 singles) in his senior season.
The Mustangs finish their season with a final record of 7-9.
