WESTMINSTER, Md. - Stevenson Men's Soccer headed to nearby McDaniel College for their final non-conference match of the season. The Green Terror would score once in each half to come away with the 2-0 victory.
A free kick opportunity for McDaniel in front of Stevenson's net late in the first half was capitalized upon by the Green Terror's Parks Tolton, and would prove to be the eventual game winner.
Stevenson finished with 12 shots, three of which were on goal. Senior Bryant Seivers and sophomore Ellis Amo-Gottfried led with two shots each.
In goal, junior Ryan Peterson made five saves, bringing his season total to eight.
The Mustangs fall to 3-7-4 overall heading back into conference play. They will celebrate homecoming and senior day this coming Saturday, October 19th at 7 p.m. with a matchup against MACC opponent Albright College on the East Campus.
