ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Stevenson University softball team saw its 2023 season come to an end on Thursday as they went 0-2 in the 2023 MAC Commonwealth Championship at Lebanon Valley College.
In the opener, Stevenson was blanked by Eastern 8-0, before falling the elimination game to York later in the day 3-0.
Stevenson finishes the season at 18-17.

Eastern scored two times in the opening inning, then scored six times in the second to end the game after five innings.
McKenzie Tobler had two hits for the Mustangs, as did Kat Perea. Maddie Bosley and Jillian Haines each hit safely for the Mustangs in the opener.
Marissa Heuer took the loss, striking out one in two innings. In relief, Ky Vaughn pitched three innings of one-hit ball.
York 3, Stevenson 0
York broke open a scoreless game in the fourth with two runs, and then tacked one on in the sixth in the 3-0 win.
Tobler had two hits, while Bosley, Megan Hamp, Haines and Jordan Fangman also hit safely.
Heuer took the loss in the circle allowing just one earned run while striking out eight.
