Nathan Williams placed 21st overall in the discus with a top toss of 38.68m at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by St. John Fisher University. Williams, who was the first student-athlete in men's program history to qualify for nationals in a throwing event, owns the school record in the discus with a distance of 50.42m.
Williams competes next in the hammer throw on Saturday, May 27 at 1 p.m.
