Selinsgrove, Pa. - Isabelle Pardew finished in second place in the 5000 meter event on day one of the AARTFC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Pardew clocked a 17:44.54 good for second place out of 17 athletes, scoring eight points, finishing 22 seconds behind the first place finisher Jessica Hoffmann from Scranton University. The graduate student currently holds the Stevenson record in this event with a time od 17:15.59 set at the Bison Outdoor Classic in April. 

Hannah Kepler finished 28th out of 37 athletes in the first round of the 100m event. Her time of 12.54 set this year at the MAC Outdoor Championships is good for the Stevenson top time, beating out Kyla Wilson buy a hundredth of a second.
