Nathan Williams took seventh overall - and fourth among collegiate athletes - in the hammer throw at the Widener Final Qualifier with a top toss of 54.54m. Williams' school record throw of 59.89m is currently the seventh best performance in Division III, which has all but clinched a spot into nationals.
Alexander Reimert took 12th in the 400m hurdles with a personal best time of 58.18, while
Johnathan Womack and
Malik Hamilton clocked times of 1:59.20 and 2:00.96 in the 800.
Jai Raccioppi ran the 400 in 49.78 seconds, which gave him ninth out of 30 runners.
Stevenson competes next at the two-day All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference Outdoor Championships, hosted by Susquehanna, starting on Wednesday, May 17.
