BALTIMORE, Md. -
Nathan Williams picked up another victory in the hammer throw with a top toss of 56.24m at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational. Williams, who won the event by 5.14m, has the second-best throw in the Middle Atlantic Conference and top throw in the Mid-Atlantic region (59.89m).
Cameron Summers continued his impressive season with a second-place finish and personal-best time of 10.62m in the 100m dash. Summers has the fastest time in the conference and second-fastest in the region.
Fabrice Saint Hillien clocked a personal best in the 400 with a time of 49.77, which gave him fifth overall in a field of Division I, II and III athletes.
Jai Raccioppi finished just behind Saint Hillien with a 50.15 - just .11 seconds behind his personal best.
Hayden Schindler missed his personal best by .46 seconds in the 1500 with a 4:08.48, while
Jake Barrett clocked a 4:18.24.
Jay Hyman and
Jeremiah Battle finished second and third in the javelin throw with top distances of 39.76 and 38.38m.
Stevenson finished fifth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 43.03.
The Mustangs compete next at the three-day Penn Relays starting on Thursday, April 27. Stevenson will also have athletes at the Paul Kaiser Classic (Shippensburg) on Saturday, April 29.
