CHESTER, Pa. -
Jasmine Wilson lead the way for the Mustangs with solid performances in both the 200 and 400m dash on the second and final day of the Danny Curran Invitational, hosted by Widener. Wilson clocked a personal best in the 400 with a time of 1:00.03 (7th place), while crossing the line in the 200 with a 26.42 (9th) - just .06 off of her personal best.
Kaitlyn Hess leaped a personal best in the long jump with a top distance of 5.11m, which gave her sixth out of 27 competitors.
Makayla Vaughns took 15th out of 33 in the hammer throw with a top distance of 35.25m.
Hannah Kepler ran a personal best of 1:02.72 in the 400, while
Mia Martinez clocked a 1:09.97 in the 400m hurdles for the Mustangs.Â
Stevenson competes next at the York (Pa.) Twilight Meet on Wednesday, April 5.Â
