Jasmine Wilson turned in several solid performances - individually and in the relays - to lead the Mustangs at the Friday Night Riverhawk Showdown, hosted by Susquehanna. Wilson clocked a personal best in the 60m finals with a time of 8.31, which is currently tied for 11th best in the Middle Atlantic Conference with teammate
Hannah Kepler.
Wilson would also place fourth in the 200m with a time of 27.68. Wilson currently has the 10th-best performance in the conference thus far (27.47).
Wilson, alongside Kepler,
Kaitlyn Hess and
Skylia Day placed second in the 4x200m relay with a time of 1:57.61 - which is currently the sixth-best time in the conference.
Isabelle Pardew set a new personal best in the mile (5:23.65), giving her fourth place out of 26 athletes. Pardew's time is the fifth-best performance in the conference so far this season. Maryam Al-Naseri took 11th in the event with a 5:44.86. Al-Naseri would also run an 11:32.72 in the 3000 - giving her second out of seven athletes.
Kepler placed sixth in the 400 with a personal-best 1:05.05, while
Alissa Swann took eighth in the event with a PR of 1:07.57.
Susannah Lehr clocked a 10.76 in the 60m hurdles to take third in the event, while Day ran a personal best of 12.72 for fifth place. Day also had a top height of 1.42m in the high jump, giving her sixth overall in the event.
Makayla Vaughns placed seventh in the weight throw with a top distance of 13.01m, while
Nicole Osei earned a season best in the triple jump with a hop, skip and jump of 9.34m.
Stevenson finished fifth out of 10 schools with a team score of 48. Brockport St. took first overall with 138.5 points.
The Mustangs compete next at the two-day MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, hosted by Alvernia, starting on Friday, Feb. 24.
