WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Stevenson University men's swimming team ended its first semester dual schedule with a 186-41 win over Gallaudet.
The team of
Sean Sopko,
Brandon Cogdill,
Ian D'Angiolillo and
Jack Mark won the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 1:48.03. The team of Zach Hogg,
Brady Gotter,
Riley Strain and
Skyler Coburn were second at 1:57.48.
In the 1000 free,
Hayden Kaus was first at 12:18.30.
Hogg won the 200 free at 1:59.21, with Cogdill second at 1:59.61.
Zachary Clark was first in the 100 back at 58.26, with Strain second at 1:02.55 and Welsh third at 1:09.18.
Mark won the 100 breast at 1:08.23 with Gotter second at 1:20.74.
D'Angiolillo was first in the 200 fly at 2:12.65.
Sopko captured the 50 free at 21.95 and the 100 free at 49.21. Mark was second in the 100 free at 56.99.
Clark picked up a win in the 200 back at 2:10.36, with Strain second at 2:17.36 and Welsh third at 2:37.55.
Cogdill won the 200 breast at 2:33.32 and Coburn was second at 2:44.03.
Hogg was first in the 500 free at 5:29.43 with Kaus second at 5:57.31.
Clark was first in the 100 fly at 55.84, with Sopko second at 56.45.
Cogdill was first in the 400 IM at 4:46.46 with D'Angiolillo second at 5:04.74.
The team of Mark, Strain, Coburn and Clark were first in the 200 free relay at 1:38.27 with Hogg, Kaus, Welsh and Gotter third at 1:44.01.
