ST. DAVIDS, Pa. – The Stevenson University women's volleyball team heads to Eastern University on Saturday, as the Mustangs (22-6) takes on the Eagles (26-3) in the championship of the Middle Atlantic Conference – Commonwealth Conference.
First serve is set for 2 p.m.
Stevenson advanced to the championship final with a 3-1 win over Messiah on Wednesday, while Eastern defeated York, 3-0 in the other semifinal
In the team's previous matchup, Eastern rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Stevenson, 3-2, on October 18.
This will be the third straight time the two schools have met in the conference final, with Eastern winning 3-2 in 2022 and 2021 both at home. This is the 11
th straight time Stevenson has appeared in the Commonwealth final.
In the team's previous matchup,
Rileigh Kimball had 16 kills while
Darian Dildy had 15.
Haley Hoover had five blocks with
Kayla Vaeth getting 20 digs.
