HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. -- Following a pair of practice rounds at scenic Mission Inn Resort & Club, Stevenson begins action at the 2022 NCAA DIII Men's Golf Championships on May 10.
The event is hosted by Oglethorpe and Greater Orlando Sports Commission, taking place May 10-13. Stevenson, which is paired with Cabrini and Kenyon, opens the tournament at 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday at the first hole. After 36 holes of competition, the field will be cut to the top 18 teams and top six individuals not on one of those teams.
Stevenson battled back on the second day of the MAC Commonwealth Championships, erasing a 10-stroke deficit and securing the conference crown along with an automatic bid to the national tournament.

- Stevenson has won five of the last six MAC Commonwealth titles, returning to the national tournament for the first time since the 2018-19 season. Tuesday's round marks the first action for Stevenson since April 24.
- The Mustangs competed at Mission Inn Resort as part of the NCAA National Championships during the 2016-17 season.
- Dowd picked up MAC Commonwealth Golfer and Rookie of the Year accolades after shooting a two-day score of 147, which included a three-under-par 69 on day two.
- Ostroski and Ford were also All-MAC Commonwealth First Team honorees, each finishing among the top five at the league championships.
- Ford was recognized as the MAC Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year for men's golf last week.
- Patel has posted three top-10 finishes on the season for the Mustangs, carding an average of 77.89. He also has rounds of 72 and 73 during the spring season for the Mustangs.
- Lenahan has an average score of 80.20 following 15 rounds entering the week for Stevenson.
- Head coach Chris Ramer was named the MAC Commonwealth Coach of the Year.
