LANCASTER, Pa.- The Stevenson field hockey team picked up an, 8-0 win at Lancaster Bible, Tuesday evening at Willis and Martha Herr Stadium.

• The Mustangs were off to a hot start as they score half of their eight goals in the first quarter. 
• One minute into the game, Macy Kosanovich assisted Nicole Ziegler. 
• After a corner, Stevenson got on the board again after Riley Sullivan passed the ball to Kosanovich to go up, 2-0. 
• Almost five minutes into the quarter, the Mustangs struck again with a goal by Kaitlin Karns. 
• The Mustangs took a short break from scoring but in the 13th minute, Alexandra Yates assisted Sullivan to extend Stevenson's lead, 4-0. 

• The Mustangs held possession again and were awarded ten corners

• Four different Mustangs took a shot on the goal in the third quarter. 
• Towards the end of the quarter in the 41st minute, Kosanovich tallied her second goal of the game. 

• Stevenson racked up three more goals in the final quarter. 
• In the 49th minute, Karns scored her second goal of the game, to lead 6-0 
• In the 53rd minute, Veronica Maring scored. 
• Three minutes later, Maring struck again for the Mustang's final goal. 

• Six different Mustangs contributed to the score sheet. 
• Yates recorded her first collegiate assist while Ziegler recorded her first collegiate goal. 
• The Mustangs outshot the Chargers, 25-0. 

• Stevenson hosts Virginia Wesleyan this Thursday, September 16th at 6:00 PM.
