Box Score ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Stevenson University women's basketball team collected a win on Thursday night against Lebanon Valley at Sorrentino Gymnasium to defeat the Dutchmen 52-48. Leading the Mustangs by scoring in double figures for the Mustangs were Denia Campbell with 14 points, Brandi Hall with 12, and Kellie Johnson with 10.
- Just five seconds into the first quarter, Hall opened with a three for Stevenson (4-5, 4-5 MACC).
- At the 7:45 mark, Kennedy Kuffa tied the game 3-3 with a three for Lebanon Valley (2-7, 2-7 MACC).
- The Dutchmen scored the next six points of the quarter before a Johnson layup made it a 5-9 game at the 4:33 mark.
- The Mustangs held a 7-4 run over Lebanon Valley in the remaining four minutes of the quarter.
- With one second remaining in the first quarter, two Laila Abdul-Rahman free throws got the Mustangs within one of the Dutchmen, 12-13.
- In the opening minute of the second quarter, an Allison Bimmer three and a Sofia Bowers layup extended the hosts lead by six, 18-12.
- At the 4:53 mark, Campbell switched the lead for the Mustangs with a layup, followed by one free throw to make it 21-19 game.
- Kuffa responded with layup to tie the game 21-21 at the 4:32 mark.
- The Mustangs held the lead for the remaining of the half, 26-23.
- A Hall basket at the 8:48 mark extended the Mustangs lead by five, 28-23.
- The next three minutes of the quarter the game remained scoreless until a Morgan DeBeary layup and free throw at the 5:16 mark lifted the Mustangs by eight, 33-25.
- The Dutchmen were able to get within six of the Mustangs on a Daelyn Stabler layup at the 3:57 mark and two Emily Mealey free throws at :27 but got no closer to the Mustangs in the third quarter.
- Campbell hit a three to extend Stevenson's lead by nine, 42-33, heading into the final quarter.
- A Samya Santiague three opened the final quarter for the Dutchmen to come within come back within six of the Mustangs, 42-36.
- At the 6:17 mark, Stabler put in one free throw for the Dutchmen to make it a 44-40 game. Campbell responded to bring the Mustangs back up by six with a jumper.
- At the 4:21 mark, another three from Santiague lifted the Dutchmen to come within three of Stevenson.
- Game tied, 47-47, after a Mealey layup at the 2:59 mark, Hall puts a layup in for the Mustangs to lead the game, 49-47 at the 1:57 mark.
- The final 1:15 of the game featured four free throws, the Mustangs put in three while Lebanon Valley had one. Hall capped the game with her two for the Mustangs to defeat the Dutchmen 52-48.
- Stevenson went 18-54 on the court while the hosts went 18-52.
- The Mustangs outrebounded Lebanon Valley 42-28.
- Stevenson had 18 turnover while the Dutchmen had 14.
- By making 21 trips to the free throw line, the Mustangs went 66.7%.
- Olivia Coleman had 15 rebounds and two blocks for the Mustangs.
- Denia Campbell collected 14 points for the Musatangs.
- Hall had 12 points, four rebounds, and three steals on the night.
