Box Score VALENCIA, Pa. - Stevenson men's ice hockey junior Ryan Patrick scored twice in the final 1:19 but the third period comeback fell short as the Mustangs dropped a United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) contest, 4-3, versus Chatham Thursday afternoon at Frozen Pond Arena.
- The Mustangs (3-2-0, 0-1-0 UCHC) took the early lead just 4:17 into the contest as senior Aaron Murray scored his first goal of the season on assists from senior Houston Wilson and junior Chad Watt.
- Following the goal, the Cougars () recorded four straight shots on net, but sophomore Ryan Kenny kept all four in front.
- Chatham tied the game with 6:00 remaining, as Lucas Rothe scored on the third consecutive shot on net.
- With 1:55 remaining in the period, the Mustangs earned the game's first power play after the hosts were whistled for too many players on the ice but the visitors registered just one shot on net.
- The Cougars took the lead just 1:51 into the period as Cory King netted his second goal against Stevenson this season.
- Stevenson recorded six of the next seven shots but all were saved by Ricardo Gonzalez.
- Rothe netted his second goal of the game, giving the hosts a two-goal lead, at the 8:30 mark. Gonzalez picked up the secondary assist.

- Just 21 seconds later, Patrick found the back of the net again on assists from Murray and Olson, cutting the deficit to just one.
- Stevenson was able to get one additional shot in the final minute but it was stopped by Gonzalez.
